01. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 199jl ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the 199jl online gaming platform, website, and all associated services accessible at https://199jl.app and any related subdomains (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account on the 199jl Platform, accessing any part of the Platform, depositing funds, or placing any wager or bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms, including any documents referenced herein such as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

• You have not previously had a 199jl account suspended, closed, or terminated for violations of these Terms.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

199jl reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by our compliance team may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

03. Account Registration and Know Your Customer (KYC)

Each individual may register only one account on the 199jl Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether using the same or different personal information, is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change.

Prior to processing any withdrawal request, 199jl is required to verify your identity in accordance with our Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. KYC verification typically requires submission of the following:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (passport, driver's licence, SSS ID, PhilSys national ID, or UMID).
• Proof of residential address issued within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate).
• A selfie or live photo for biometric identity confirmation, where required.

04. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 199jl Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction.
• 199jl does not charge fees on deposits. Your payment provider (e.g., GCash, BPI, BDO) may apply their own transaction charges, for which 199jl accepts no responsibility.
• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Funds deposited into your 199jl account are held in your player wallet and may be used for wagering on any eligible game or event on the Platform.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals are only available to KYC-verified accounts.
• Withdrawal requests must be directed to the same payment method used for deposits, wherever technically possible, to comply with anti-money laundering obligations.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are specified in the cashier. These limits may vary based on your account verification tier and VIP status.
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals for fully verified accounts are typically processed within 15 minutes during normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take 1–3 banking days.
• 199jl reserves the right to conduct additional security or compliance reviews before processing any withdrawal, which may extend processing times.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.

05. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

199jl offers various bonuses, promotions, free bets, and loyalty rewards to eligible players from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:

• Each promotion is available to eligible players only and may be subject to geographical, payment method, or game-specific restrictions.

• Bonus funds expire if the stated wagering requirements are not completed within the validity period specified in the promotion terms.
• 199jl's decision on all matters relating to bonus eligibility, forfeiture, and disputes is final.

06. Game Rules and Betting Conduct

Each game available on the 199jl Platform operates according to rules established by the respective game provider and, where applicable, supplementary rules published by 199jl. By participating in any game, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical outcomes of live game rounds conducted by certified dealers.
• Return-to-player (RTP) percentages published for each game reflect long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• Bets placed and accepted during a game round are final. Technical malfunctions during a game round void all affected bets and the amounts wagered will be returned to your account balance.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 199jl Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to PAGCOR or Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether using the same or different personal information.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using the Platform to facilitate or engage in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime in violation of Philippine law.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform without express written permission from 199jl.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to obtain credits, winnings, or any other benefit not legitimately earned through normal gameplay.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's infrastructure, security systems, or game logic.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward 199jl staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment and lawful wagering.

08. Responsible Gaming

199jl is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all players on the Platform. We recognise that gambling can become harmful for some individuals, and we maintain a range of tools and resources to support players in managing their gambling activity.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all 199jl account holders:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on any Platform content without express written consent from 199jl.
• Use any 199jl trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 199jl's total aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 199jl account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

199jl shall not be liable for any of the following, howsoever arising:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business, data, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect.
• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.
• Interruptions to Platform availability caused by scheduled maintenance, technical faults, telecommunications failures, force majeure events, or actions of third-party providers.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 199jl's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through informal means within thirty (30) days of the initial notice of dispute, either party may refer the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process, and thereafter to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.

By using the Platform, you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for the resolution of any dispute not resolved through the foregoing process.
